SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping costs will be displayed in your online shipping cart once you enter the check out and advise your delivery location. Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of products purchased and may be shipped individually depending on the size of the item.
Products will be dispatched 1 - 2 times per week and will be shipped via a tracked courier service. Please allow
3 - 5 business days for your shipment to arrive. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped and dispatched the following week. For all shipped orders, you will receive a track and trace reference via email upon dispatch.
PAYMENT METHOD
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST, GST will be calculated once you enter the checkout to confirm your order. Product Prices are final and stated on site. Shipping prices are stated however for larger international orders there may be an increase in shipping prices. Mountain High Supplies holds the right to adjust & charge what is necessary here.
RETURN POLICY
Mountain High Supplies accepts returns. If you find your self unhappy with the product you can return the item back to us at your own expense. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the item & the condition of the item has to be in the same condition in which it was shipped out. You must also include your proof of purchase. Please contact us beforehand to discuss your concerns prior to returning your product to ensure you have all the information required about your product.
